OSLO has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We also ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
A 40% deposit is required for online bookings for repeat clients (50% for new clients), which is payable at time of booking.
If you cancel your appointment without giving the salon 24hrs notice, you will incur a 100% charge of the cost of the treatment(s) that is cancelled.
This will also be the outcome if you simply do not show up to your appointment in the salon. Contact the salon as soon as possible by phone to cancel and re-arrange your appointment if you need to reschedule.
Please note in some cases loyalty points for the value of the treatment missed will be removed to cover the cost of the treatment.
We believe in rewarding our loyal customers …. and making it easy! Your treatcard points will automatically track your spending, so even if you forget your card, your points will still count.
Once you reach 360 points you can start choosing some treats! Treats can be redeemed in OSLO Beauty services. The terms and conditions are as follows:
– One free reward may be redeemed Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm when paired with a paid treatment.
– Points are capped at 2500 points and then must be used prior to banking more points.
– Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
– Cannot be used for a blowdry when part of a colour or cut service.
– Points cannot be used for product or voucher purchases.
– Points cannot be shared or transferred between client accounts.
OSLO Beauty & OSLO Health, while under the same umbrella, offer different services and cater for different needs. The policy regarding children onsite varies between locations and services. Whilst we are an inclusive family business, pro-children, and pro-breastfeeding, the health and safety of all parties is of paramount importance.
OSLO Beauty: In the interests of the health and safety of our clients, staff, and especially infants and children, our policy is that no accompanying children under the age of 12 are permitted on the salon premises.* This is due to the environment of hair and beauty salons containing many hazardous risks, including various chemicals, unsafe machines and equipment, sharp and dangerous objects, and various hot tools and burn risks. As we have a duty of care to our staff, clients and other guests, we do not believe that it is appropriate to expose children to these risks and potentially endanger them.
*Whilst it is company policy that no accompanying children under the age of 12 are permitted on the salon premises, please note that in the event that any client should be required to breastfeed whilst attending our salon, suitable and reasonable arrangements will of course be made to accommodate the mother to do so in the salon’s waiting area. Unfortunately however, it is not suitable to have babies in the treatment area. We would of course be happy to re-schedule appointments where required.
OSLO Health – Mespil Road: OSLO Health offers pre-natal and post-natal classes including Mummy & Me classes. Babies are invited to attend only these appropriate classes.
We have limited space for buggys/prams so please refrain from bringing them onsite where possible.
Pets are not permitted on any OSLO premises with the exception of guide dogs.
OSLO gift vouchers are the perfect way to treat someone special to a little self-care. Vouchers can be purchased in-store or online and are redeemable against any of our treatments or products.
Terms & Conditions:
- They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
- If the value of the treatment exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be paid at checkout.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment (either printed or on your phone).
